2. Services

FluxCode provides software development, web application design, and related consulting services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation for any project engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between FluxCode and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on fluxcode.studio — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of FluxCode Studio LLC unless otherwise stated.
  • Client project deliverables and intellectual property ownership will be governed by the terms of each individual project agreement.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

4. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

5. Contact Form, Newsletter & Data Processing

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential project engagements. By submitting the contact form with the privacy consent checkbox, you explicitly consent to FluxCode processing your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Contact submissions are stored in our database (hosted by Neon) and retained for up to 12 months or until your inquiry is resolved.
  • Newsletter subscriptions are separate and optional. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by contacting us.
  • Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by emailing hello@fluxcode.studio. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
